Privacy statement
Crafted by KA. is a trade name of KA Beheer. I handle your data with care and follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Below you can read which data I process, why and for how long.
What data I process
When you fill in the request form: your name, email address, phone number if given, business name, current website and whatever you tell me about your business and wishes.
When you email or send a WhatsApp message: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
When you become a client: the data needed for the project and invoicing, such as your address and VAT number.
I never ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not share them through the form.
Why I process it
To create your free design, contact you, send a quote, carry out the project and invoice it.
I do not use your data for newsletters or ads, and I never sell it.
Legal basis
For your request, quote and project: performing a contract or taking steps at your request before one (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For answering general questions and securing the website: my legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
For keeping invoices and records: a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long I keep it
If your request does not lead to a project, I delete your data no later than 12 months after our last contact.
If you are a client, I keep your data while we work together and for up to 2 years after. Invoices and records are kept for 7 years, as required by the Dutch Tax Administration.
Who I share it with
I only share your data with parties I need to do my work:
Vercel Inc. hosts this website. Resend delivers the request form messages to my inbox. WhatsApp (Meta) is used when you contact me through WhatsApp. TransIP B.V. (the Netherlands) provides my business email. I also use accounting software for invoices and bookkeeping.
Some of these parties are based in the United States. They are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or use the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, so your data stays equally protected.
I only hand over your data to others when the law requires it.
Security
The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and only I have access to your data.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to its use, restrict its use or request your data in a file.
Send your request to kingsley@kaholding.nl. I respond within one month and may ask you to verify your identity.
Not happy with how I handle your data? Let me know first. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
